Return Policy

At Revital Exotic Jewelry & Apparel Boutique (aka. Revital Imports LLC), our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

*Revital Imports will only accept clothing returns that have not been worn and MUST have any liners completely attached.

Return Policy

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

Jewelry Returns

If you are not completely in love with your new jewelry, you can return the unworn piece back to us in it's original packaging for a store credit within 14 days from order placement. Once we receive the piece back at our warehouse, we will issue your store credit in the form of a gift card for the original amount paid (excluding any shipping charges).  An email will be sent to you with the store credit/gift card information.

Revital Eyes Custom Malas Policy:   All custom malas are custom made to order.  Prepayment is required before mala can be made.  This is done so that we may source the gemstones and other pieces required for your unique piece of jewelry.   No Refunds are offered on custom made jewelry.   

If you are not completely in love with your custom jewelry, you can send the unworn piece back to us in it's original packaging within 14 days. We will make the changes for you, and send it back to you right away.   We want you to love the jewelry you wear!

 

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, our Revital Team will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)

Gift Cards (Store Credit)

Oh, store credit. That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter asking "who's that girl?!" Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card and send via email. If we missed anything just drop us a line at revitalimports@gmail.com!

  • If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
  • Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The Revital Team is always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if our team has not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at revitalimports@gmail.com and include both order numbers in your message.
